His background in health and safety includes strategic OSH management for real estate, FM, logistics, aviation and general health and safety management sectors.
Graham is a Fellow and Past President of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). He is also a Fellow of the International Institute of Risk Safety Management (IIRSM), a Professional Member of The American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP), International Member of the Canadian Society of Safety Engineerings (CSSE), Certified Member of British Institute of Facility Management (BIFM) while also being one of the leading RoSPA Awards Excellence Ambassadors. Through his work with various organisations, Graham has been able to engage on a global platform with world and organisational leaders including the ILO, WHO, ISSA and governments across the world.
Born in London, John is a graduate Mechanical Engineer with more than 30 years experience in the design and application of dust and fume control units and systems.
His experience includes the design of steelworks fume scrubbers, pulse jet cleaned fabric and cartridge filter systems, wet dust collectors, laser and solder fume control units and weld fume extraction systems.
John is currently Technical Manager at BOFA International Ltd, a company based in Poole in Dorset who manufacture 20,000 + fume extract/filtration units pa, 90% being exported to more than 120 countries.
Kelvin Williams is an independent occupational hygiene consultant with over 30 years of experience providing a wide range of occupational hygiene services to clients in the public and private sectors.
Prior to establishing his consultancy business in 2003, Kelvin’s experience included roles as Head of Environmental Health and Safety at Stanger Consultants, Chief Occupational Hygienist at Wimtec Environmental (formerly part of the George Wimpey Group) and Operations Director for the Occupational Health and Environment Divisions at National Britannia Ltd.
Kelvin is a member of BOHS Council, serves as South Wales and South West England Regional Organiser for the BOHS, and represents the Society on the “Design for Health Task Group”.
Helen is an experienced health and safety consultant and occupational hygienist having started her career in consultancy in 2001. Helen is a Licentiate of the Faculty of Occupational Hygiene (LFOH) and has recently completed a Master of Science Degree in Occupational Hygiene. Helen is an active member of British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS) as a Regional Organiser and Board Member. Helen is also a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (CFIOSH) and a Fellow of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (FIIRSM).
Helen has led a significant number of projects in both the public and private sectors, these include projects in onshore and offshore high-risk environments for the oil and gas industry as well as projects for heavy manufacturing, utilities, local government, facilities management and defence sector organisations.
Mr. Jacob Persky is a Principal and Cofounder at RHP Risk Management in Chicago, Illinois, USA. His educational background includes a Master of Public Health degree, B.S. in Bioengineering, and 20 years experience in environmental consulting. His professional interests focus on providing risk-based advice to help clients with decision making processes involving product liability and health risks.

An engineering background plus over 30 years of experience have given Peter a very pragmatic approach to noise and vibration. Both he and the INVC have acquired a considerable reputation for developing innovative assessment and noise and vibration control techniques across a wide range of applications and industries. He runs workshops in conjunction with the HSE, developed the IOSH competency training courses in both noise and vibration and is in demand internationally as a highly entertaining (and sometimes controversial) speaker on these traditionally dry and technical subjects.
I have worked as an occupational health advisor for over 10 years delivering the full remit of occupational health services within the private sector serving an array of different companies with a variety of exposures. I presently work for OH assist where I am one of the Senior OH advisor/clinical lead. Over the past three years I have been undertaking the MSc Occupational Hygiene with the University of Manchester. The course finished in September 2018. Results are pending. Nowadays I work predominantly with workers in the construction industry and I have also done extensive medicals for workers exposed to vibrations, noise and respiratory irritants.

Stephen Larson is a research occupational hygienist with a background in microbiology. His primary area of interest is industrial biological safety specializing in establishing occupational exposure limits or a control banding approach to controlling worker exposure to industrial biological agents as bioaerosols or surface contaminants. His goal is to develop accepted methods for preventing occupational diseases from infectious,allergenic,inflammatory and carcinogenic biological agents.
